We provide comprehensive delivery services within the Northern region under the following parameters:

Timeline Adjustments:Â Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and seasonal delivery volume.

Same-Day Delivery:Â Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off window will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Charges:Â Rates start from RM8 and vary depending on the destination. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on postcode validation.
2. Outstation Delivery (Nibong Tebal, Kedah & Perlis)
We offer nationwide delivery to selected states through our trusted logistics partners, each with specific delivery arrangements.
- Delivery Hours: Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Next-day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this cut-off window will be scheduled for the the following delivery day.

Public Holidays:Â Delivery routines run across regular business frameworks. Unless officially adjusted by corporate notification, if a scheduled delivery date coincides with a national or state public holiday, the fulfillment will automatically route to the next available business delivery slot.

SECTION 4 - SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY SCHEDULE & MODIFICATIONS

First-Time Subscription Deliveries:Â For first-time subscription deliveries, flowers will be delivered on the date selected at checkout.

Subsequent Deliveries:Â For subsequent deliveries, flowers will be delivered on the renewed date based on your chosen frequency.

Subscription Modifications: For customers tied to recurring subscription plans, any logistical modifications—including temporary pauses, delivery date skips, or routing address updates—must be processed via your user Account Portal at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled delivery cycle. Failure to update address frameworks before this cut-off window will result in the shipment routing to the original address on file, subject to our standard failed delivery protocols.

SECTION 5 - DISPATCH NOTIFICATIONS & PROOF OF DELIVERY

Fulfillment Alerts: Once your order has been successfully scheduled and formally assigned to a delivery driver, you will receive an automated delivery notification via SMS or WhatsApp sent to the phone number provided at checkout.

On-Site Attendance: Please ensure that a designated recipient or authorized individual is available at the provided delivery address to physically receive the order on the scheduled delivery date.

Proof of Delivery (POD) Authorization: To ensure fulfillment compliance, our delivery drivers are strictly authorized to execute the following protocols upon arrival at the shipping address:
• Take digital photographs of the item at the location as structural proof of successful delivery fulfillment.
• Deliver and hand over the order directly to the named recipient, or to any alternative designated person present at the shipping address (such as family members, co-workers, receptionists, or security personnel).

SECTION 6 - RECIPIENT ABSENCE & FAILED DELIVERY REDIRECTS
Fresh cut flowers and botanical foliage are highly perishable organic materials that deteriorate rapidly if exposed to adverse weather or left in transit for prolonged periods.

Unattended Drop-Offs:Â If a recipient is absent during the delivery window, our riders will attempt to call the customer or recipient for immediate drop-off instructions. With prior confirmation, flowers may be left at a designated guard house, reception desk, or a shaded doorstep. Pudu Ria Florist Trading (Northern) Sdn Bhd accepts no liability or responsibility for the rapid deterioration, theft, or damage of products left unattended.

Failed Delivery Surcharges:Â If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information, additional charges may apply as stated in our Shipping Policy.

Redelivery Terms:Â To initiate a subsequent delivery attempt, a redelivery surcharge must be settled by the customer. Due to the breakdown speed of organic cut florals, if redelivery is not arranged promptly, the freshness of the product can no longer be guaranteed.

SECTION 7 - DAMAGE CLAIMS & TRANSIT RESOLUTIONS
We treat our floral cargo with exceptional care. In the rare event that your perishable goods suffer severe physical structural damage or decay while under the care of our delivery fleet, you must submit a formal service ticket with digital photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery:

Valid claims verified by our team will be resolved exclusively through equivalent floral replacements on your next scheduled routing or via issued online store credit. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
