Do the product photos reflect the actual flowers?

Yes, all product images represent the actual flowers and arrangements as closely as possible. However, due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, slight variations in color or size may occur.

Can I request a custom arrangement?

Yes, we accept custom floral design requests. Contact our team, and we’ll be happy to create something special for you.

Do you provide flower care instructions?

Yes, we do. Each product page includes simple care tips to help you keep your flowers fresh and beautiful for longer. We strive to provide as much information as possible so you can enjoy your blooms at their best.

How do I place an order?

Browse our online store, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, choose self-pickup or delivery with your preferred date, and complete your order with the required details and payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We strive to process your order promptly to ensure a great experience. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment methods. Payment options are presented during checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we prioritize your security. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation with order details shortly after completing your purchase.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final and non-refundable, except for items damaged during transit or delivery.

To request a return, submit a request via your account within 1 day of receiving your order, including a description and photo proof of the damage.

Delivery

Do you offer same day delivery services?

At the moment, we do not provide same-day delivery. All orders are scheduled for next business day delivery if placed before 6:00 PM. However, we do offer same-day self-pickup at our store, available daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for orders placed before 6:00 PM.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Penang, Kedah, and Perlis.

  • Penang Island – Delivery available daily (next business day).
  • Other areas in Penang (mainland) – Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Kulim, Sungai Petani & Alor Setar (Kedah) – Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Other cities in Kedah and locations in Perlis – Orders are handled manually via local bus transit from Penang.
How can I check if you deliver to my area?

Simply enter your delivery address at checkout. If your area is within our delivery coverage, the available dates and fees will be shown. If your area falls outside our coverage, no delivery option will appear and checkout will not be possible. In this case, you may still choose Self Pickup and arrange a convenient curbside collection from our store.

Are there any areas not covered by your delivery service?

While we strive to reach as many areas as possible, our delivery coverage has some limitations. Areas outside Penang, Kulim, Sungai Petani, and Alor Setar are not covered by direct delivery and may require special arrangements (e.g., local bus transit). Please note that coverage details may change without prior notice—we recommend entering your delivery address at checkout for the most up-to-date information.

Can I request delivery on a specific date?

Yes. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date based on our delivery schedule for your area. Once your order is scheduled and assigned to a driver, you’ll receive a delivery notification via SMS or WhatsApp. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the selected date to receive your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is assigned to a driver, you’ll receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp with the delivery details and a tracking link. This link allows you to track your delivery live—from the moment it is assigned to a driver until proof of delivery is completed.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address, and we will assist you accordingly.

We are unable to change the delivery address as soon as the delivery is on the way to the recipient. In the event the reschedule or change of address is a must, there'll be additional charged to be imposed.

As our flowers are delicate and require special care, we strongly emphasize the necessity of having someone available to receive the delivery. To ensure the pristine condition and freshness of your blooms, kindly arrange for a responsible individual to be present at the designated delivery address. This helps us maintain the quality of your order and ensures that your flowers are received and accepted with the attention they deserve.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location and the size of your order. The delivery fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Yes, you can choose the flowers for your subscription. We always strive to deliver your selected favorites. However, because fresh flowers are seasonal, some varieties may not always be available. In such cases, we’ll contact you and offer a replacement from the same flower genus of equal or higher value.

Can I edit my flower subscription?

Yes, you can easily manage and edit your subscription through your account on our website. You’ll have the flexibility to update your delivery frequency, change your flower selection, skip an upcoming delivery, or pause/cancel your plan anytime.

Can I skip a delivery or change my subscription frequency?

Simply enter the recipient’s details and delivery address at checkout, and we’ll deliver fresh seasonal blooms to them on your selected schedule. You can also include a personal message with the first delivery to make it extra special.

When will I be billed for my flower subscription?

Your subscription is billed automatically at the start of each cycle based on your chosen frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). The payment will be processed using the method saved in your account, and you’ll receive an email confirmation for each successful renewal.

Is there a delivery fee for each subscription delivery?

Yes, there is a delivery fee for each subscription delivery. Before checkout, your postcode will be validated, and delivery rates will be calculated accordingly. The same delivery fee will be charged for each subscription delivery.

What if I need to cancel my flower subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account on our website—no minimum commitment required. Once canceled, future renewals and deliveries will stop immediately. If a renewal has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
