Clusia rosea princess is a low maintenance ornamental leafy houseplant. It has stiff, leathery dark olive green color leaves that you can carve your name in to them – hence the popular name ‘Autograph Tree’. The paddle-like leaves are also noted for their air purifying properties.
Secret of success:
- Loves lots of bright light and can stand in full sun.
- Well-drained soil.
- Water when the soil is dry out.
- Enjoy high humidity. Ideally suited to steamy kitchens and bathrooms.
- Fertilize lightly during the growing season.
- Trim once a year to maintain the desired size and shape.
- An irritant if eaten.
