Lemon tree (Citrus limon) is small evergreen trees native to Asia, specifically known for their bright, tangy fruit. Lemon takes several months to mature. It is ready for harvest when they turn a bright yellow and feel slightly soft to the touch. Twist or cut the fruit from the branch, avoiding damage to the plant.

Lemon tree is self-pollinating, meaning they don’t require another tree to produce fruit. However, hand-pollination (using a small brush to transfer pollen between flowers) can help increase fruit production, especially when grown indoors where pollinators like bees are not present.
