Clematis is an easy care plant with attractive flowering vines grown in the home landscape. Clematis boulevard is going to have its head in the sun and its feel cool and shady. Clematis will die back once the plant is done for the year, cut back to just above the first set of leaves. Since it is in pruning group 3, it will bloom on new growths each year. Remove the wilted plant stem immediately to prevent the spread of clematis wilt.
