Callistemon, commonly called Bottlebrush, is an evergreen shrub with narrow, aromatic leaves and striking flower spikes resembling bottlebrushes. The hybrid varieties (C. hybridus) produce dense, colorful bristles in shades of red, pink, or cream, along with decorative seed pods and fresh green foliage that are valued in floral work.
